Spartans Upset Choctaws, Morse Logs Hat Trick
CLINTON, Ms. – The University of Tampa women’s soccer team upset No. 18 Mississippi College on Sunday afternoon by a final score of 3-1. This was the first win over a ranked opponent since November 15, 2015 against North Alabama in the NCAA tournament.

- Four different Spartans logged assists: Lacy Nasello and Elena Barr shared the first assist, while Mia Brantley and Sydney Griner tallied the other two.
- Bromwell started in net for UT and played all 90 minutes, while racking up 11 saves.
- MC’s Rita Okoro and UT’s Morse each had a game-high five shots, four on target.
