The owner of Nautilus Homes is honored for outstanding accomplishments achieved before the age of 40.

(Sarasota, FL; March 2020) The owner and co-founder of the
Sarasota-based luxury builder Nautilus Homes, Ryan Perrone, was recently
selected as a “40 Under 40” rising star by both Professional Builder
magazine and by the Business Observer. Both honored Perrone, who is 35,
for outstanding achievements accomplished before the age of 40.

Professional Builder’s 2020 40 Under 40
list included 14 women and 26 men who were selected from more than 100
nominations submitted from all regions of the United States. All are leaders
and innovators in the field of home builders, developers, designers,
researchers, and sales professionals. The honorees also are notably active in
giving back to the industry and to their local communities.

“This year’s 40 Under 40 Award winners are an outstanding group of smart,
determined, and innovative young housing industry leaders,” says Professional
Builder’s editorial director Denise Dersin. “Whether they went to work for
an established company, joined a family firm, or started their own business
right out of high school, they have achieved remarkable success in their chosen
careers while also dedicating time and energy to community and charitable
endeavors.” She adds that Perrone is featured in the magazine’s March issue and
online at probuilder.com. He will also attend an Under 40 executive summit in
San Francisco in June with other honorees.

The Business Observer’s 2019 40 under 40 issue is “testament to
the region’s hitmakers,” writes managing editor Mark Gordon. He adds that the
40 recipients who hail from Tampa to Naples, are “entrepreneurial rock stars”
who show a “devotion to a craft, sacrifice to reach a big dream, standout
talent with the hustle to beat competitors and a burning desire to stay on top.”
Others are fast-rising executives and community leaders, including Venice-based
Tervis CFO Hosana Fieber; Porter Smith, Tampa Bay market president for American
Momentum Bank; and Catherine Palmisano, a senior audit manager with Fort
Myers-based Hughes, Snell & Co. The 2019 honorees were celebrated at an
event in October.

The Sarasota-based luxury builder Nautilus Homes was also recently
honored for two Best in American Living Awards and one Nationals award by the National
Home Builder’s Association. Nautilus owner and co-founder Ryan Perrone says
that 2020 has already been a monumental year.

“We’re celebrating our 10^th year this year and this is a
wonderful way to acknowledge our hard work and success. We expect the next 10
years to be as rewarding.”  Perrone adds
that he and his wife, Brittany, also welcomed their first child this month.
“It’s been a great year so far!” he says.
