The Big Reveal! Impact 100 SRQ to Announce 2020 Total Grant Gifting Amount March 5 at Embassy Suites By Hilton

Impact 100 SRQ members, member guests, local nonprofits and the media are invited to an event that will announce the total number of women who have committed to donating $1,000 each and ultimately reveal the total grant gifting amount in our community for 2020. In its 2019 founding rear, Impact 100 SRQ debuted with 228 founding members and awarded $228,000 in grants split equally to Mothers Helping Mothers and The Haven. This year it hopes to have an even greater impact. (See attached release for general information.)

Impact 100 SRQ exemplifies the generosity of women in our community. We are thrilled to announce how big our impact will be for the 2020 Giving Year and continue our journey of positive change.”

Information
The Impact 100 SRQ model is simple: At least 100 women donate $1,000 each, then pool those resources into one or more grant(s) of $100,000 for qualifying nonprofits in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Impact 100 SRQ has no paid employees or staff, so 100 percent of each member’s annual contribution of $1,000 is awarded to nonprofit organizations in grants of $100,000 or more. Operational costs are kept to a minimum and funded voluntarily by members and corporate supporters.
