Year-over-year, transactions in Q1 2020 were 20% higher than Q1 2019.

The transactions in Q1 2020 included properties in Hardee, Hendry, Hillsborough, Lake, Marion, Osceola, Pasco, Polk, St. Lucie, Suwannee and Webster counties and comprised 2,745 ± acres and 31,264 ± square feet. Of the 36 transactions in Q1 2020, four were over $1 million dollars each.
