Brooksville, FL (June 29, 2022) — HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is pleased to welcome Sheila C. Sanders, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, as Chief Nursing Officer.

Sanders previously served as Chief Nursing Officer of HCA Florida Palms West Hospital, a 204-bed acute-care facility. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Salem International as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She is Board Certified in Nurse Executive Advance and holds several professional affiliations. Sanders also completed professional training through the Harvard Leadership Program and the Institute of Healthcare Leadership Training.

Sanders has more than 25 years of combined experience with HCA Healthcare in operations, patient care, patient experience, project development, relationship building, and quality improvement.
