CLEARWATER, FL (March 17, 2020) – Out of an abundance of caution and in the best interest of community health, the Upper Pinellas County Ministerial Alliance (UPCMA) has made the decision to postpone the Fourth Annual LOOK UP! CLEARWATER Festival, scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2020, due to concerns about Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Pastor Carlton Childs, UPCMA President, said, “The safety and health of our community comes first. While we are disappointed that the festival will not take place as planned, we hope that our community will unite through efforts to stop the spread of this disease. We are working with the city and artists to secure a new date in September and will update the public as soon as everything is confirmed. I pray for the continued patience from the community, sponsors, and vendors as we work on rescheduling LOOK UP! CLEARWATER to September 2020.” For more information about the LOOK UP!
