Allan Wells, MD received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, KY.  He performed his residency in Family Medicine at the Trover Clinic Foundation in Madisonville, KY. He is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
