Watson Clinic Foundation Announces 3rd Annual Healthy in Pink Breast Cancer Event
Lakeland, FL – The Watson Clinic Foundation is pleased to announce their 3nd Annual Healthy in Pink Social, an upcoming event devoted to breast cancer education and community empowerment. This year’s event will take place on Thursday, October 3 from 6 – 8 pm from the Lone Palm Golf Club at 800 Lone Palm Drive in Lakeland.
“The response from this event has been overwhelmingly positive in previous years,” says Watson Clinic Foundation Program Coordinator Peggy Garrett. “Attendees can expect an evening filled with inspiring messages of hope and meaningful insights.”
The event will feature a performance from Karen Mills, an acclaimed stand-up comedian and cancer survivor whose infectious humor has entertained and inspired countless audiences throughout the country. Watson Clinic Women’s Center breast surgeon Dr. Elisabeth Dupont will emcee the festivities, which will also offer substantial Hors d’oeuvres.
