UT Plays to Seventh-Place Finish at Peggy Kirk Bell Invite
LAKE BUTLER, Fla. – The University of Tampa women’s golf team finished seventh at the Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational.

- Riihijarvi notched her third consecutive top-five finish and sixth of the 2018-19 season.
- Riihijarvi carded rounds of 73, 70 and 70. Her rounds of 70 marked the top rounds for all Spartans as Cadavid had a 71.
- Head coach Missey Jones did not register any individuals.
- A total of 17 teams competed.
- Noelle Beijer of Florida Tech was the individual champion with a three-round score of 212 (-4) as she defeated Riihijarvi by one stroke.
- Joining team champion Florida Tech, host Rollins (8) and UT from the Sunshine State Conference were Lynn (2), Saint Leo (3) and Embry-Riddle (11).

Tampa will golf at the Barry Invitational on March 25-26. The three-round event will be played at Don Shula’s Golf Club in Miami Lakes, Fla.
