Tampa, Florida, December 10, 2019 – Urban E Recycling has recently acquired Premier Core Recycling, an electronics recycling company that’s located in Bradenton, Florida. This acquisition has long been a plan of Urban E Recycling in an effort to expand its reach and offer its electronic recycling services to a wider audience.

Dell Rabinowitz, Co-founder and President of Urban E Recycling, hopes that this acquisition will help enhance their operations and increase people’s awareness regarding electronic recycling in the area. She further added that this move will allow them to control e-waste and electronic scrap by recycling them into raw materials. The precious and semiprecious metals will be utilized instead of tossing them in the landfill.

Premier Core Recycling is one of the leading recycling facilities in Bradenton, Sarasota, and the Greater Tampa Bay areas. Apart from electronic recycling, the facility also recycled ferrous and nonferrous metals as well as various computer parts. The company’s core services are in line with that of Urban E Recycling. But the business model will change slightly. The ferrous and nonferrous metals will no longer be accepted after the takeover.

“At Urban E Recycling, we offer pickup services, data destruction by shredding, certification of data destruction, and responsible recycling at no charge for businesses. Individuals will be able to drop off their end-of-life electronics at the Bradenton location, 6102 24th St. East, Bradenton, Fl 34203 as well as the Tampa location”, said Rabinowitz. “We hope that everyone with electronic waste will be environmentally conscious and help us with our vision of reducing electronic waste as much as possible”, she added.
