Tampa, FL (November 4, 2019) – Tampa Bay real estate giant, Smith & Associates Real Estate, continues to attract the finest real estate agents, hiring Molly James and Candace Evans from the Evans James Luxury Collective. The successful real estate duo bring a combined 12 years of business leadership and real estate experience to their new home at Smith and are highly-regarded for their personalized, professional and customer service-oriented approach to helping clients buy and sell real estate.

Evans is a Tampa native who grew up on Davis Island with a Bachelor of Science in education background. Since leaving the education field and pursuing her passion in the real estate industry, she has received numerous awards, including the prestigious CLHMS designation and membership in the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar Guild.

James is also a Florida native and grew up in Dade City where her family’s citrus business was originally headquartered. She attended Vanderbilt University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics followed by an MBA at the University of Alabama. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and ran a successful bridal business before becoming a real estate agent. She earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and status in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar Guild. As a member of the Junior League of Tampa, James also enjoys being involved in the community and helping to make it a better place for all.
