Erika Zipfel Matscherz represented the landlord in the following lease renewals and extensions:
• Extending Diana Acrylics lease for one year. The property is located at 2604 Tampa East
Boulevard, Unit N, Tampa, Fla. Diana Acrylics has been a tenant for eight years.
• Tidewater Equipment, located at 2254 Massaro Boulevard, Tampa, Fla.
• American Lighting, a current tenant of a property owned by The Dikman Company, located at 2604
Tampa East Boulevard, Suite K, Tampa, Fla. The lease renewal included additional outside parking
for two years in addition to extending their current lease for one year.

Ms. Zipfel Matscherz represented her client Truma in extending their lease for two years. The property is located at 825 E Jackson Blvd, Lakeland, Fla.
