The Chic Rosemary Art District Hotel Offers Kripalu Yoga and Poolside Fun for All

Sarasota, FLA (February 11th, 2020)- The Sarasota Modern embodies all things happiness, wellness, and fun. Every Tuesday, from 9:30am to 10:30am The Modern will be offering a Kripalu Yoga at their gorgeous poolside. This class is brought to The Modern from the local Pineapple Yoga Studio. Kripalu Yoga is an approach to asana practice that emphasizes meditation and breath-work, and encourages inward focus and spiritual attunement. This gentle type of yoga emphasizes moving at your own pace while engaging a powerful physical and mental awakening. 

In addition to this relaxing pool-side yoga experience, participants are encouraged to stay after the class and enjoy the luxurious amenities The Sarasota Modern has to offer along with 10% off of any food and beverage purchases made at the hotel. All amenities are welcome to the yoga guests until 12pm. The price of the class is $15, or if guests would like to stay & play, $25 and does not require any kind of membership.
