Spartans Finish Fall With Team and Individual Titles
RIO GRANDE, P.R. – The University of Tampa women’s golf program took the top three individual finishes while winning the UIS Island Getaway to wrap up a successful fall season for the nation’s No. 5 ranked team.

- Riihijarvi returned to the lineup and won her third individual title of her senior season. This is also the ninth career medalist honor for the Oulu, Finland native.
- UT won its third team title in program history and second in the fall season.
- Riley had her best overall finish as the freshman concludes the fall with top-three efforts in her previous two tournaments.
- A second-round 67 from Riihijarvi was the top individual round of the tournament.
- Head coach Missey Jones did not register any individuals.
- The Spartans finished both rounds as the top team.
- UT was the lone Sunshine State Conference team at the event.
- There were a total of six teams in the tournament.
