Ross Realty Group Announces Sale of 1.74-Acre Redevelopment Opportunity in Tampa, FL
Ross Realty Group, Inc. is pleased to
announce the sale of the 1.74-Acre Redevelopment Site located at 3011 W. Gandy
Blvd., Tampa, FL 33611. The sale price was $2,700,000.

Seller, Life O’Reilly MHP, LLC., in this transaction. Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate
represented the Buyer, Montage Engagement Land Trust.
The Seller owned the property as a Mobile
Home Park for almost 30 years.
This sale follows other noteworthy Land Sales where Ross represented
the Seller, such as the Chart House at Rocky Point, now newly developed Season
Apartments, and the Edgewater Drive Site in Clearwater.
