He also ranked as the No. 3 sales associate out of more than 94,000 Coldwell Banker® network sales professionals in 2019 based on adjusted gross commission income. Pettingell achieved a total sales volume of $109,272,050 million in 2019.

In addition, Pettingell is being recognized with the Coldwell Banker International Society of Excellence award for the sixth time. He has also ranked as the number one individual sales associate in Sarasota and Manatee Counties for 10 years. Pettingell will receive the recognition for his accomplishments at the Coldwell Banker Residential Realty in Florida awards ceremony for southwest Florida on March 10.

Active in real estate sales for over 33 years, Pettingell specializes in luxury waterfront estates and successfully meets the needs of homebuyers and sellers in Longboat Key, Sarasota, Sarasota Square, Siesta Key and Bradenton. His specialties include luxury waterfront estates.
