PPK Hosts Giving Tuesday Animal Adoption Event

Animal-loving advertising agency gives back with $1 hot dogs, raffle & more.
TAMPA, Fla.— Established in 2012
on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, Giving Tuesday was created with a
singular, simple goal: to encourage businesses, organizations and individuals
to do good. Since then it’s grown into a global movement, inspiring people to
give back to causes and communities close to their hearts.
On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, PPK will have all hands-on-deck, hosting an
animal adoption event from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. at their downtown office location,
1102 N. Florida Ave. Tampa, FL 33602.
The Humane Society of Tampa Bay, Florida Boxer Rescue and Suncoast
Animal League will be on-site, each with 3 adoptable dogs hoping to find a home
this Giving Tuesday.
The animal-loving advertising agency will be grilling $1 hot dogs and veggie
dogs for guests to enjoy on their lunch break, along with outdoor games and
live music. They’ll also be raffling off sought-after tickets, from Clearwater
Marine Aquarium, Cirque Musica: Holiday Wishes, Tampa Bay Lightning and more.
Guests are encouraged to bring donations in the form of pet food, blankets and
toys. All proceeds and donations will go to the participating rescues to help
them through the busy holiday season.
“To say we’re ‘pet-friendly’ would be an understatement,” says PPK
President, Tom Kenney. “At any given day you could find up to 10 dogs at the
office. We’re really excited to help these animals find a home and have some
fun while doing it.”
