Oak Hill Hospital Continues Its Popular For Your Health Community Education Series with a Special Symposium Entitled “Diabetes Care: Managing and Living Well”
Spring Hill, Florida (October 25, 2019) – Oak Hill Hospital will continue its popular For Your Health Community Education Series with a symposium entitled, “Diabetes Care: Managing and Living Well,” on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at Heritage Pines Country Club, 11524 Scenic Hills Road, Hudson, FL 34667.
The seminar panel includes:
- Fatima Agah, MD – Internal Medicine Resident.
- Wayne Kostolni, RDN, LDN (Registered Dietician, Licensed Dietician), clinical dietician.
1.5 million Americans are diagnosed with diabetes every year. Whether someone has just been diagnosed or has lived for years with diabetes, participants will learn the latest, evidence-based, information on how to manage and live well with diabetes. The demands of diabetes are vast and obtaining the knowledge of how to live daily with the disease can improve one’s quality of life.
The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session. Attendees are encouraged to prepare their questions ahead of time.
