Five months after kicking off its production in Jamaica, the latest James Bond movie wraps its filming with a social media post of Daniel Craig and director Cary Fukunaga.
AceShowbiz –
Shooting on the latest James Bond movie has wrapped, five months after filming began in Jamaica.
The announcement came via the 007 franchise’s official Instagram account, accompanying a photo of Daniel Craig and director Cary Fukunaga.
“That’s a wrap on No Time to Die,” the note read. “See you in cinemas April 2020.”
The film is expected to be Craig’s last as Bond after becoming the longest serving 007 while making the movie, during which the actor seriously injured his ankle.
The cast also includes Bond veterans Lea Seydoux, Jeffrey Wright, Rory Kinnear, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, and Ralph Fiennes, while Oscar-winner Rami Malek will play the new film’s villain – a role that has impressed producer Barbara Broccoli.
“We’ve thrown the book at him (Bond) on this one,” she recently said. “He is really the supervillain. He’s the one who really gets under Bond’s skin. He’s a nasty piece of work.”
