Parrish, Fla. – October 14, 2019 – River’s Reach, located in Parrish, Florida, just completed the sale of the last remaining home within the community. Situated off of Rye Road and along the idyllic Manatee River, the community was built by Neal Communities and initially opened approximately 14 years ago.
