Innovative Leadership Program to Run Jan. 21 to May 5

TAMPA – The Modern Advances in Leadership certificate program, run by The University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business TECO Energy Center for Leadership, is an innovative program to refresh, re-equip or advance leadership skills for individuals and organizations. The program runs from Jan. 21 to May 5 from 6-9 p.m. on select Tuesdays.
The program is open to UT graduate students and beginning to mid-level professionals in the business world with three or more years of experience. Students in the program will learn to:
- Sharpen leadership acumen
- Improve leadership mindset
- Enhance negotiation skills
- Develop entrepreneurial leadership spirit
- Discover their potential through team leadership
- Understand the contextual factors in the workplace
The program also includes three complimentary leadership coaching sessions by professionals for each participant.
Early-bird registration is available for a limited time with tuition of $1,350. General registration tuition is $1,500 and nonprofit organization registration is $1,350.
