Tampa, FL – The Franciscan Center, 3010 N. Perry Ave., Tampa, 33603, kicks off the new year with exciting new programing, as well as some reoccurring favorites, all designed for personal growth and wellbeing.

Mondays, Jan. 6 – Feb. 24, 6:30-7:30 p.m. (excluding Jan. 20)

Rev. Nancy Mercurio D.Min. shares her “Recipe for Life Success” in this seven-week series based on her empowering book, Escaping the Chaos Within.

  • Yoga with Kodawari Studios: Restorative Yoga

Sundays, 11 a.m. – noon, beginning January 12

Relaxing yoga classes are led by the professional staff of Kodawari Studios. Restorative Yoga is

calming, healing, stress-free and painless movement and poses.

  • Yoga with Kodawari Studios: Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m., beginning January 15

Yoga classes are led by the professional staff of Kodawari Studios. Vinyasa Flow Yoga combines breathing techniques and yoga postures to create a continuous flow of movement designed to balance the mind and body.

  • Moment by Moment – Retreat in Everyday Life

Wednesday, Jan. 15, 10 a.m. – noon 

Sister Nancy Christopher, O.S.F.

This “at home” retreat meets the second Wednesday of the month to guide reflection and prayer as a daily life-response to God. The program involves praying with Scripture and a group meeting with a spiritual director once a month.
