Dozens of restaurants & craft breweries bring the very best of Tampa Bay at prices everyone can afford

December 26, 2019, Pinellas Park, FL –Great food shouldn’t be just for the elite. Everyone should have access to the best food and craft beer in Tampa Bay, regardless of economics or dietary restriction. Going out for a fun experience should also support vital anti-violence and community programs for people and pets. These beliefs are at the core of LocalShops1’s Florida Food & Brews Festival 2020’s special event 11am – 5pm, Feb 1st at England Brothers Park, 5010 81st Ave N, Pinellas Park. (Rain date Feb 8.) Dozens of restaurants and craft breweries will compete in the categories: Best Entrée, Best Vegan Entrée, Best Food Truck, Best Side Dish, Best Dessert, Best Craft IPA and Best Craft Lager. They will be judged by a roster of food experts from print, radio and social media. Best yet, event attendees can sample over 40 food creations for just $3/sample and choose the popular vote winners by donating to select nonprofits. 

General admission tickets give access to all event features, which also include live music; pet treat competition & wiener dog races to support local animal rescues; craft beer competitions supporting CASA (ending domestic violence), REST (support for victims of sex trafficking) and Florida Dream Center (community programs); shopping, nonprofit showcase, musical bingo and a very special possible surprise we aren’t allowed to talk about!
