This sets Engel & Völkers apart from other brokerages. Realtors® from multiple states, including Georgia, Florida, and even Texas, met at the Hilton Tampa Downtown for EVCP then enjoyed happy hour at the Engel & Völkers South Tampa shop located at 2605 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL. During the two day course, both new and seasoned Realtors® learn in a fun, hands-on manner on how to maximize tools that will enrich the listing and buying process of current and future homeowners and investors, embrace the Engel & Völkers brand standard of excellence, commit to a high-level of integrity for best practices while conducting business, how to interact with Realtors® and clients internationally, and become experts in their own local markets so to advise clients on all parts of a real estate transaction. These classes are designed to maintain the corporate commitment of Competence, Exclusivity and Passion. Together, colleagues can discover all the tools and techniques that separate the Engel & Völkers brand from other brokerages.
