TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Lawyer Cristina J. Ayo has been appointed to the Art Conservatory for Teens (ACT) Board of Directors. ACT educates, empowers, and enriches the lives of youth and teens in order to foster healthy, productive, and responsible citizens and provides the tools for self-improvement, leadership development, and arts and cultural enrichment, especially for underserved and at-risk youth, creating a lasting and measurable impact on high school graduation rates and opportunities for college placement.

Cristina focuses her practice on advising board members and professional managers of condominium and homeowners’ associations. As a member of the Community Associations group and Litigation practice, she represents associations in collection and foreclosure cases, covenant enforcement, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
