(Sarasota, Florida) Chef Laszlo Bevardi, executive chef and proprietor of Bevardi’s Salute Restaurant, located at 23 North Lemon Avenue in downtown Sarasota, Florida announces his Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes traditional Italian special on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, from 4-9pm. This seven-course meal is served with an appetizer (choice of soup or salad) to start, then the seven-course Feast (accompanied by seasonal vegetables and choice of pasta or potatoes), and finally your choice of dessert. This special menu for $45 includes: 

• Appetizer choice of Lobster Bisque, Insalata Festival Holiday Spinach Salad, or Insalata Caesar. 

• The Feast of the Seven Fishes menu includes 1) Steamed Mussels & Clams in fresh tomato, white wine, olive oil, and garlic broth; 2) Fried Calamari; 3) Fried Cod; 4) Mahi Mahi Ceviche; 5) Chilled Seafood Salad with shrimp, scallops, calamari, mussels, and fresh vegetables in garlic and olive oil; 6) Pan Fried Sardines with tomatoes, olives, capers, and lemon; 7) Fried Smelts.
