2019 – The Tampa based land brokers Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC and Chris
Bowers, CCIM represented the sellers on the sale of 86+/- acres at the entrance
of Long Lake Ranch at the southeast corner of SR 54 and Sunlake Blvd., Lutz, FL
for $6,000,000. The buyer was Mattamy
Homes who has plans for over 350 single family and town homes.
This is the third transaction Eshenbaugh and Bowers closed
this year for the seller which totals more than $25,000,000 in land sales in
2019
Eshenbaugh and Bowers also represented Geraci on two parcels
totaling 37 acres, also located at the corner of SR 54 and Sunlake Blvd. The
parcels were sold in two separate transactions this year to the same buyer.
Currently, Eshenbaugh and Bowers have two retail parcels at
the SR 54 and Sunlake corner totaling in 10.77 acres available for ground
lease. They will be fully subdivided to accommodate individual size
requirements.
