Centennial Bank Southwest Florida Expands Wealth Management and Financial Service Teams
Centennial Bank, Southwest Florida Market – a customer-focused community bank servicing Southwest Florida’s metro areas– is pleased to announce three additions to its team in the wealth management and financial services departments, as it continues to grow its presence in the Tampa Bay region.
Roger Martin will work with individual and corporate clients to develop customized financial plans that meet their investment and insurance objectives, while Gessie Lipscomb will guide clients in the implementation of wealth strategies that integrate needs for income in retirement, investment management, education and legacy planning, and insurance. Carla Schoolfield will serve as a business development officer and work with advisors across Centennial Bank’s footprint.

Martin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, bringing more than two decades of financial planning expertise to Centennial Bank. He previously served as a founding partner at Wealth Advisors of Tampa Bay, where he presented professionals and retirement-minded families with financial guidance. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Indiana University. He is a member of The Financial Planning Association and an active member of The Church at Odessa.
Lipscomb is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who has dedicated more than a decade to providing her clients with the guidance to better align their financial and lifestyle goals. Prior to joining Centennial Bank, she served as a wealth advisor at Wealth Advisors of Tampa Bay. Lipscomb holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida, with a specialization in computer engineering. She is also a member of the finance council for St Paul’s Catholic Church and the treasurer for the local American Heritage Girls troop.
Schoolfield holds her FINRA Series 7 securities registration with Ameriprise Financial, and brings more than a decade of financial services industry expertise to Centennial Bank. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida.
