Chad Baker has joined Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, as a Senior Associate in its Orlando office. As a part of Avison Young’s long-term growth strategy in attracting new talent, Baker’s new role on the brokerage team will focus on industrial, tenant representation, and sales & leasing.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Baker previously held various positions such as a Sales Associate with Cushman & Wakefield and Vice President with CBRE in Omaha, Nebraska. With over a decade of successful commercial real estate experience, Baker has overseen over $320 million in sales transactions and was awarded multiple sales awards which include President’s Club and Chairman’s Club. 

Baker earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in in Business from the University of Nebraska, Omaha.
