Atlas Building Company Hires Evans, Transition Woehle
SARASOTA, FL– Atlas Building Company, a commercial construction company headquartered in Sarasota and owned by Andy Stultz, recently hired Chuck Evans as Vice President of Operations and appointed Charlie Woehle to the position of Vice President of Preconstruction Services.
Evans will oversee all construction-related operations. He brings executive-level experience in commercial construction, having served for the past seven years as the president of Sarasota-based DM Constructors. Prior to that, Evans worked for the commercial construction firm Dooley Mack Constructors in successive management positions including vice president of operations, where he was responsible for every aspect of construction management including team and project oversight, sub-contractor sourcing and management, contracts, safety and budgets. He will have similar responsibilities at Atlas Building Company.
Evans’ category experience is broad. He has managed projects from specialized renovations to construction of multi-million-dollar facilities in healthcare, assisted living, education, performing arts and retail. He has also supervised construction and renovation of historically significant buildings.
Woehle, who had been serving as Vice President of Construction, is now Vice President of Preconstruction Services. In this role he will work closely with Atlas clients during the preconstruction phase to ensure that their construction plans align with their current and future business needs. He and the rest of the management team are responsible for providing clients with the Atlas Advantage, Atlas Building Company’s proprietary, step-by-step process for ensuring satisfaction before, during and long after construction.
