About Jeremy Tharp, MD

Dr. Tharp is board certified in family medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville and completed both his internship and residency at the University of South Florida Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. Dr. Tharp accepts patients ages teen through adult. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Wilderness Medical Society, the Florida Medical Association, the American Association of Physicians and the American Association of Physician Leadership.
