2020 Leadership Summit to be Held at UT on Feb. 12

TAMPA – The University of Tampa Sykes College of Business will host its 2020 Leadership Summit on Wednesday, Feb. 12 in the Vaughn Center on campus.
The summit, titled Reaching New Heights, will feature Mary Abbajay as the keynote speaker. Abbajay is the author of the best-selling book Managing Up: How to Move Up, Win at Work, and Succeed with Any Type of Boss. Abbajay is also the president of Careerstone Group LLC, a consulting service for organizational and leadership development.
The summit will also include a panel discussion with T.J. Szelistowski, president of TECO Peoples Gas; Jessica Muroff, CEO of United Way Suncoast; and Yvette Segura, regional vice president of USAA.
The event will begin at 7:15 a.m. with breakfast. At 8 a.m., Abbajay will present, followed by the panel discussion at 9 a.m. At 10:45 a.m., round table discussions will take place. At noon, the day will conclude with lunch, which is also included with the event.
